Brief information about the company and its works

  Joint Stock Company “Neiluva” was established on the 15th April 1993, in Vilnius. It was rather difficult at the beginning, since a large team of staff members had to work in rented premises. The circle of customers was expanding and the number of employees was increasing year after year. The extent of orders was increasing as well, and the geography of works has expanded.

  In 1997, aiming at improving working conditions for its employees, the Company purchased industrial-administrative building located at Naugarduko 41a, which was reconstructed in 2003-2004. For the purpose of more intensive business development, in 2004 “Neiluva” established its branch in Klaipėda through purchase of an office with a land plot for execution of production activities.

  The company is involved in designing and installation of energy transmission lines, distribution-room and sub-station equipment (up to 110kV of voltage), special electricity devices (up to 1000V of voltage) in explosion- and fire-hazardous areas, relay protection of electricity devices (up to 110kV of voltage), and automatics. We also carry out pre-installed electricity network measurement and testing works. Professionals working for the company are also involved in installation of electric illumination and power networks in buildings of various purposes, external illumination networks, external and internal communication networks, as well as installation of cable systems for electric heating.

  Since the 30th November 2001, the Company has been working in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standard. For execution of all aforementioned works, JSC “Neiluva” has obtained certificates of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania and National Power Engineering Inspectorate, and is working in accordance with the Regulations on Construction registered at the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania. The Company employs experienced staff, certified at the Ministry of Environment, and it also hires young, perspective professionals, who gain experience at “Neiluva” and obtain some new knowledge.

  JSC “NEILUVA” closely cooperates with many Lithuanian and foreign producers and suppliers of electric equipment and material, including JSC “ABB“, “ARMETLINA”, “ELGA”, “SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC”, “OZAS”, “ELEKTROBALT”, “ELSTILA”, “ELEKTROSKANDIA”, “SLO”, “ONINNEN LIT”, “DOGAS”, “GAUDRĖ”, “ARDENA”, “VILTESA”, “ELGAMOS ŠVIESA”, and other reliable partners.

  We would also like to name several important and well known in Lithuania customers, with which we cooperate successfully in executing our industrial activities.   JSC “Neiluva” aims at high-quality satisfaction of consumer needs, productive and harmonious cooperation with producers, suppliers, creditors, and state-owned institutions. For this very purpose, the company has implemented and is now following the quality management system conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

  Employees of JSC “Neiluva” understand that, for the purpose of optimal satisfaction of consumer needs, the Company's intellectual potential must be under continuous improvement. Therefore, the Company's staff is continuously improving its qualification at various seminars, conferences, trainings, skill improvement workshops, is interested in technological novelties, and is visiting both, local and international exhibitions.
